Ewe-phoria Sheepdog Centre in North Wales

This great tourist attraction between Betws-y-Coed and Llangollen in North Wales offers a fascinating insight into the work of the shepherd and his sheepdog that's great fun for all the family!

Join Aled Owen (International Sheepdog Trials Champion 1999, 2000 & 2007, and World Sheepdog Trials Champion 2002 & 2008) in the heart of rural North Wales for a great day.

• Meet the Sheepdog Puppies (when there is a litter).
  These lovable bundles of fur could be future international champions!
• Working Sheepdog Demonstration.
  See the sheepdogs put through their paces, and learn how Aled and his dogs work together as a team.
• Ram Parade.
  See the different breeds of sheep and learn about their characteristics (which breed has the best fleece of wool to make a sweater?)
• Sheep Shearing.
  Learn about the technique of shearing.

Demonstrations are held at 1.00pm.

• Demonstrations performed by Aled Owen or Iolo Jones
• Last between 1 and 1½ hours.
